Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If you are not, here is how refunds work for the Resume Rewrite and the Job Search Kit.

7-day satisfaction refund

If you are not satisfied, email hello@aitelligent.ink within 7 days of your purchase with the email you used at checkout, and tell us what was wrong. We will refund your payment in full.

If something goes wrong

If you paid but did not receive your documents, check your spam folder first, then email us. We will resend them or refund you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank can take 5 to 10 business days to show it. There is nothing to cancel, because there is no subscription.
