Privacy Policy

Hiretelligent ("we", "us") gives you a free resume score and sells resume rewrites and job search kits. This page explains what information we handle and why. Questions? Email hello@aitelligent.ink.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• The resume text you upload or paste, your field and target role, and any answers you give to our questions.
• Job postings you paste in after buying the Job Search Kit.
• Payment details. These are entered on Stripe's checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data, such as pages visited and which social platform sent you, through cookies and the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

• To analyze your resume and write your results, rewrite and kit.
• To email you your purchase and your files.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To measure and improve our site and our advertising.

Who it is shared with

We use trusted service providers to run the product. They only receive what they need:

• Anthropic (the Claude AI): receives your resume and answers to generate your analysis and documents.
• Stripe: processes payments. Your resume text is also attached to your checkout session so we can build your documents after payment.
• Resend: sends your emails.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram): our site uses the Meta Pixel to measure ads and show our ads to relevant people.

We do not sell your resume or personal information, and we do not share your resume with employers or recruiters.

How long we keep it

We do not keep a database of resumes. Your resume is held in your browser during your visit and with the providers above only as long as needed to deliver your results. Records of purchases and emails may be kept by Stripe and our email provider under their own policies. To ask us to delete what we can, email us.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@aitelligent.ink. You can limit tracking with your browser settings or Meta's ad settings.

Children

Our service is for adults looking for work and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
